What a great little festival and beautiful island! Have to say that was definitely the best food rider we have ever had!
Fanny Lumsden
Thank you so so much for having me! The most beautiful community and festival to have been a part of.
Medhanit
The community engagement was mind blowing, we have never felt so welcomed, not just by the event but the whole island. It was an incredible experience.
The Smokin ’ Elmores
Stunning scenery, beautiful people, wonderful food, and an awesome festival. We’re so very grateful for the incredible hospitality over the past few days. King Island, we’ve fallen in love with you.
JAX & The WaywardCEO
One of the most coolest experiences! Amazing people, great local produce…I was absolutely blown away by was just how kind-hearted and friendly everyone was during our stay. If you’re ever feeling super down on humanity, a small dosage of King Island shall do the trick 😉 Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend, we were spoilt absolutely rotten by the team at FOKI!
Tenille JohnstoneCEO
…words don’t even go close to describing the love shown by all the community down there.
Tom RichardsonCEO
King Island is simply magnificent. I strongly recommend you put it on your bucket list. It has two of the top golf courses in the world (no use to me), great surfing, fishing, wildlife preserves and of course all that amazing produce (cheese, seafood and beef) – the best you’ll find anywhere. The island is actually very large so there’s an incredible amount of stuff to do and see.
Dave Faulkner (Hoodoo Gurus)CEO
Our weekend in King Island was possibly one of the most magical and enjoyable weekends away in Aus I’ve ever had. Your generosity was overwhelmingly kind. I have a little place in my heart reserved for King Island and the People that live there.
Rose Zita FalkoCEO
Lost on King Island since Thursday, don’t need rescuing! Locals are very friendly & sights & sounds abound. The Calcified Forest in the south, the Cape Wickham Lighthouse in the north, an abundance of gorgeous beaches & wildlife, tragic 19th Century shipwrecks, every kind of weather, warm & benign to wild & windy in the same afternoon, great food, and above all just delightful people who have been so welcoming.
